Excellent
You can call yourself GROM RR.It's been a while since I've written a report on Grom. In fact, during this time, our Grom has undergone a Large scale change and has been transformed into a completely different vehicle. A true MINISUPER SPORTS 750, you can call it a Grom RR! There are a lot of parts that were modified at the same time, so I have to tell you that this cannot be an imprint of a single part, but the largest part is this SPTakegawa's Hyper tuning set, Big Throttle Body Spec. The engine tuning of the Grom's engine is limitless, and if you want the best power, you have to go to the Bore up set. 4 VHead will give you more than 22 horsepower at the rear wheels! But for me, who also rides a higher power motorcycle, it doesn't make sense to do that, it's all about the 125. In the past, I've done some bore ups on KTM en Duro bikes, and while the power is obviously much better, the bike as a whole feels heavier. When the engine becomes extremely high power, of course the Clutch must be replaced, oil cooler must be installed, and the appearance of the bike becomes an extravagant modification. Well, that won't stop you if you like it!
The reason why I wanted to get into the Engine itself was because I had done LevelUp of the suspension to increase the drivability to a large range, while the Engine was only able to handle the Air Filter and Exhaust System, so the feeling of Under Power was becoming too much. From. Full throttle, full throttle! Even if you continue to do the same thing, the body is still shaky with room to spare. It would be a lot more fun if it stretched out a bit more... I felt a sense of loneliness. The human senses are a terrible thing. When you get used to it, you want more of it. But how can we forbid the endless modifications? The Grom is one of the best forms of customization that I have ever seen, even after spending enough money to buy two more Gromes. Because it is a simple motorcycle, it is easy to understand the result of each modification. As for each parts, the thing of the level of the level is considerably high is used, and even if it is in line with the NORMAL BMW and Ducati that actually uses cheap parts because of the cost limitation. Doh! Even though our Grom is a small treasure, it is still much cheaper than the price of the Parts for Big Motorcycle. The price of the Parts is still a lot cheaper than the price of the for big bike, which means it's the best value for money for mods.
Well, I can't write a report if I have a long introduction. There are two types of HYPER throttle, Normal throttle (no exchange) and Big Throttle (exchange). The Rev limit is said to be 11,500 rpm, which is an improvement on the Large width and 14 hp versus the NORMAL rear axle 9 hp! The rev limit was 11,500 rpm. I did. I'm not a novice, so I asked my favorite motorcycle shop to do all the modifications. The price of this part alone is about 30,000 yen (though it cost more because I have done other things).
And the most interesting part of the ride! First of all, the Engine starts a little worse, because it's decompression-less, but you don't need the Reinforced Cell Motor from KITACO etc. (that one is for Bore up). the Idling becomes very unstable and often stops when it's cold. I changed the Oil to Super zoil 10W-40. So, my worries about the low speed scuffing were unfounded. The Engine makes the revs rise very sharply (shhhhhhhh!). Not, gong, gong! (or something like that). The Tachometer is only up to 10,500 rpm, but it still tries to get up to speed even after you've shaken it off (Engine is a wham!). And scream! Boom! (I'm stopping there because I don't want it to break). The KTM Duke125 (liquid-cooled DOHC 4V) that I was riding before is faster, but the sensory speed and power is much higher. Furthermore, if you look at it calmly, there is a clear torque-trough around 6000 rpm, and there is a feeling that it does not respond to the throttle. This would be the negative of the BigThrottle conversion. At the pass, it is keeping above 7000. In other words, it has been transformed into a Super Sports 750 character that prefers high rpm. It is a completely different thing from the old grom that was a big bird in the past. It is incredibly different from the CT125 in the same engine format as the Ottobird. Because it is such a character, it is not so much of a problem, but it is hard to deny that it will be difficult to drive for those who want to use the groms for their everyday assistance. In my case, I enjoy it as a smoke breaker, so I enjoy it more when it's this clearly sporty. Absolute Speed is still known, though; it's not as good as a 100 hp Big bike. But we're not competing with the big bikes, we're not competing with Fras-Traytion who can't ride the big bikes, but when you've used up all your full power, it's a lot of fun! Fun, fun, fun! Some may think that modified groms are childish, but he enjoys them as a hobby, while admiring the depth of the motorcycle.
Well, there's a lot more I want to write about, but I'm stuck with the character limit. I still have a lot of modding to do, so I'll be sending you the sequel report on my Grom RR. For example, the bodywork of the Grom RR meets the power up requirements, but there are some issues that have arisen... If you're interested, please look forward to the sequel!View Detail
