Very Good
170cc? That's right.Reason for purchase
Compared to the same 125cc GROM, it had a slightly inefficient feel.
I felt a lack of torque in the EnduroCourse.
Only the engine displacement volume of the KLX125's car was wanted to be large.
Assembly
It is a normal replacement of the piston, cylinder and cam, so please follow the instructions as you go.
If you're careful, you should be able to assemble it without any problems.
Check and prepare the necessary items in Manualetc. before assembly.
Mo Rib Ten Grease, Screw Locking Agent, etc... If you forget the small stuff
Even if you have the Main tool, you won't be able to proceed with the work.
Where and how do you find the gold needle or string that holds the Camshaft Chain in place to prevent it from falling off?
I think it's best to think about it so that you don't get in trouble for the actual work.
In the instruction manual, the order of the work and the timeline of the photos used in the item do not match.
There was, so it's better to keep in mind the procedure and the condition of the other parts of the system at the time
I think it's good
There is an O-Ring that cannot be replaced without removing the cylinder, this is regardless of condition.
I think you should have a replacement.
If you follow the instruction manual, you should be able to assemble it without any problems.
I'm afraid of running the engine without the oil turning completely after assembly.
Connect the Booster cable to the Battery, pull out the Plug, and turn the Oil.
I kept turning the Cell for a while.
Effects
(Exhaust System→ FMFPower core4, included #8Standard Plug BP5HA, KLX140Injector, FI CON→D)
(High flowPlate, Air cleaner)
The torque is more comfortable to ride compared to the 125, even after a break-in.
After break-in, it turns without any problems up to near the let zone. However, the rotation is a little low.
The heavy feeling was hard to resolve.
It is a high camshaft, but I don't feel it is hard to ride because it doesn't seem to swing to high rpm than I expected.
Current state
(Exhaust System & rarr; SPTakegawa Cone Oval Exhaust System, KLX140 Injector)
(#9 Iridium plugs, FI CON→C, High flowPlate, Air cleaner)
0Injector is not an OEM, so the FI CON adjustment value in the instruction manual is not helpful.
This seems to be the best condition for the current situation. The weight of the rotation is gone.
It feels like it spins without stress in the whole RPM range.
The exhaust system was changed from FMF to SPTakegawa Cone Oval Exhaust System.
The latter is easier to ride because you can feel the torque in the mid to low speed, but
High RPMs feel a bit clogged.
I think it just seems to get clogged up at higher RPMs because of the increase in low and mid-speed torque.
In the case of FMF, it was too loose or didn't have a torquey feel. High RPM for that.
The SPTakegawa was spinning comfortably, but in reality, it took a lot of time to reach the maximum speed.
It was a good decision to change the exhaust system as well, since it's faster and has a lower medium speed.
Changing the front pipe to an FMFPower bomb or KLX140 OEM front pipe
I plan to do so and see what happens.
