Really wanted to attach the old CT sub tank to my new trail and this was the best solution I had found at the time. In practice is really flops around alot on the dirt trails and I have seen too many posts of it snapping off the mount on the bike due to the weight of the sup tank. Needs to mount to more than one location. It will work totally fine if you never take the bike off road.

Hello you all! Just recieved my minimoto mounting rubbers and bushings. First of all the quality is good for the money they cost. Though i dont know how they will last in the long run. Hope the rubber doesn't harden with time. They mount up very good. The rubber feels like it is high quality. I like that you get the whole setup for the cheap price they cost. Product was packaged well. Fast postage. Rubber seemed ok, nice and soft. Problem was tank rubbers. The inside tank mounting hole measured 10mm. My Z50J1 1976 frame measured 5mm, so these rubbers were too big for my frame. I have now had to order 2 new tank mounting rubbers obtaining the correct Honda part.View Detail
I used it to install a Gorilla tank on my MONKEY. Back side of Tank (Bolt tightening point) The OEM was one piece, but this is a split type, but no problem at all. If I had to venture a guess, I would say that if you carry a tank with a split bush attached, the bush may come off. There is some BALI, but not enough to be bothersome. The OEM was quite soggy and may be replaced if there is an opportunity to remove the Tank.View Detail
Really wanted a USB plug for my Trail but I didnt want to have to drill out the hole bigger and I didnt want to have to cut and splice any wires. This plugs directly into the factory service plug (the red plug clipped onto the battery cover) so it couldnt be simpler to wire up. Also the waterproof cover was really important to me. Another thing is that, being wired up this way, the USB is only powered when the key is on, as ive read that cheaper ones on say Amazon are always on and will run the battery dead between rides. Wanted to get a bigger throttle body to go with my bigger injector and more open exhaust. Very high quality parts as one would expect from SP Takegawa. The only thing that was disappointing was the factory mud guard that covers the throttle return spring will no longer fit as there is no place for it to bold onto the new intake manifold. Other than that I'm totally satisfied. I was able to use the factory rubber boot that covers the injector and injector plug but if you use the wire extension this comes with you wont be able to.View Detail
I like the looks of the factory exhaust with the guars so when I found a full stainless system that retained the factory guards, and made by SP Takegawa at that, I knew it was the one. Much more free flowing than factory and really gives it a mean sound. Much quieter than the Yoshimura exhausts that I have heard. Love it!View Detail
