Fits: その他 For street use (circuit sports driving only) Universal
We have been using NAG's Internal Pressure Control Valve and have found it to be very effective.
This time, I installed their Blowoff Valve for Street.
The product is very light weight with Aluminum Body.
NAG seems to recommend that Internal Pressure Control Valve and Blow Off should be used together for RAM air cars.
The vehicle installed is a semiRAM air? It was installed on a naturally aspirated GSX-S1000. It is installed in GSX-S1000.
The construction of the S1000 Air Cleaner Box is the same as that of the GSX-R1000, but
As for S1000, Air Scoop became inside Cowl, and although the effect might be thin, it installed it by the interest.
In the first place, I did not know whether it was possible to install it because it was explained that it was only for R1000, but the result was OK.
Remove the Air Cleaner Box's Air Release Cap, screw it in with the Box wrench, and you're done.
The Blow-off Valve is installed with the Dice, so after threading, remove it again to remove the shavings.
By the way, installation was possible only by raising Tank, even if Air Cleaner Box was not removed.
It takes less than 3 minutes to install as you simply lift the Tank.
The Cap for the drainage is removed, and it is Screw cut in the part made of the plastic, but it is possible to install it quite firmly so that there is no worry of the fall.
Now, how does it work? A test run.

The Axel blew better and the engine response was better.
I could tell the difference when I agitated the Axel.
Engine response to Axel is good, but not jerky.
★Winding ★
Engine braking is loosened, and the jerkiness of the vehicle is drastically reduced.
Axel partial - Corner is easy without donning even when Axel is ON [Color] You can Clear.
The expression is a little bad, but it is possible to agitate Axel even in Corner.
in a word I'm Smooth!
It's a good price, but I think it's a good Parts.
I was able to feel it enough with naturally aspirated semiRAM air? I was able to feel it enough with S1000 of semiRAM air, but it might be more effective with R1000 of proper RAM air.
I think this Parts will be appreciated by those who want to enjoy Winding and Circuit.
It is not a consumable Parts, so I recommend it.View Detail
I have used NAGValve on multiple vehicles, including previous MODELS.
This time, I used the one for CUB instead of Universal Product for KLX125.
The inlet diameter of this Valve is suitable for the vehicle, but the outlet diameter is large, so it cannot be attached as it is.
The Nipple of the air cleaner box is cut, the hole is enlarged, and the Large diameter Nipple is newly put up.
The reason why we have to do such a troublesome thing is that the distance and the cross-sectional area from the Valve exit to the Air Cleaner BOX are very large.
This is because it is an important point to get the maximum performance out of the Valve.
On the KLX125 (and many other vehicles), the Nipple inner diameter of the Breather Hose 650mm 6mm Diameter receptacle on the Air Cleaner BOX side is too narrow, and the inner diameter of the Air Cleaner Hose 650mm 6mm Diameter receptacle is too large.
Even if you put it on as it is, you can hardly make the most of the performance.
The valve operates at blowby pressure, but on the inlet side, there is a large threshold pulsation caused by the piston vertical movement.
Even if the inside diameter of the hose is a little small or the distance is long, it is unlikely to have such a large adverse effect.
However, the Blowby gas that passes through the Valve is sucked out only by the remaining inertia and intake negative pressure, so
If it becomes BottleNeck here, the force works in the direction of pushing back Valve, and performance drops at once.
If you are using for VehiclePCVValve, KTMOEMValve, etc., which are often used as a substitute for NAGValve, please contact us.
This is not a large problem because the Blowby processing power of ValveBody itself is not very high.
(Still, the basic logic is the same, so the less resistance, the better.)
In the case of NAGValve, both the sensitivity of the internal Valve and the inner diameter of the passageway are incomparably lower than those of the
The performance changes drastically by LargeSmall of the resistance to Air Cleaner BOX after Valve.
I've heard a lot of people say, "I've got a NAGValve or some other company's high performance One-Way Valve and it's just as good as the cheap one.
If you listen to the story carefully, you will find that there are many patterns that simply cut the Hose and put it in between, leaving the resistance of this Hose as it is.
In this case, no matter how high performance Valve is put in, it cannot show its performance because it is clogged at the end of Valve exit.
Even if you put in a good suspension, if the linkage is sticking, you can't get the best performance out of it.
In the case of NAGValve, the sensitivity of the internal One-Way Valve is very good.
Even if it is installed far from the Crankcase, it follows the pulsation of the Blowby well.
So, rather than the gases being expelled only by inertia after passing through the Valve.
In order to be able to draw out as much as possible by the negative pressure of the intake air of the engine, it becomes the arrangement that it is easy to demonstrate the effect most to install it in the position near the air cleanerBox.
It's hard to follow the weak pulsation (low rpm) if the Valve of KTMOEM etc. is initialized with Spring.
In that case, though, it may be more effective closer to Crankcase.
If you do the above, your engine will be much better than before.
First of all, the load on the Cell is reduced by lowering the internal pressure, and the Cell turns lightly.
Idling, which is not a very good combustion condition, can be stabilized easily by reducing resistance.
The awkwardness that accompanies turning Axel on and off is also smoothed out with nice corners.
And yet, when you open the Axel tightly, the Response will be sharp.
Engine growth at high RPM will also be clearly lighter and more extended.
Naturally, the embrasure will be reduced, but the current product has a mechanism that prevents the embrasure from being reduced too much, so
There is no sense of discomfort even with a Corner that bends lazily.
This is my preference, but if the embedding is too ineffective, it will be a problem for the Corner put in by AxelOff.
If you don't use Brake properly, it might not be able to bend.
This is a unique feature of NAGValve.
Of course, we also have for Race without this mechanism.
In general use, many people find the Valve to be the easiest to use with these characteristics.View Detail

As I wrote in another impresario (https://imp.webike.net/article/446704/), the Lead Valve style Teramoto Motors products are gaining in width these days, but it was definitely NAG that established and popularized the Genre.
Although Teramoto Motors may be better at business, I will always buy NAG products out of respect for NAG, which made a multi-large effort to make Crankcase decompression known at first.
This product appears to have been model changed and discontinued as of 2020.
The old Kore still had a handmade look to it in its early days, though, and I liked that.
The decompression performance is not inferior to the New Model at all.
If I had to choose, I'd say that the sound of the operation might be a bit loud.
Perhaps this is an internal Material:The amount of stroke of the Valve of Plastic (Mushroom type) is greater than the current model, and this may be the reason why the crackling sound is large.
The New Model has emulsion protection, but this is an older model so there is no such thing.
In the present day, it's called "For Race" The same SpartanSpec.
Of course, you need to check the blistering (especially in the winter, when the worst thing that could happen is that it could freeze and kill the Blowby function), but if you hear a crackling sound after starting the Ennjin, it's working, so it's Large sturdy! That's all I'm saying...View Detail
It's now about 50% civil rights. "Crankcase Decompression. But I feel like around 2000, 99% of people thought it was some kind of occult tune.
That's still true for those who are negative.
Although the Lead Valve style Teramoto Motors have been making a lot of headway lately, it was definitely NAG that established and popularized the Genre.
Although Teramoto Motors may be better at business, I will always buy NAG products out of respect for NAG, which made a multi-large effort to make Crankcase decompression known at first.
KTM OEM diversions allow you to build your own at a very low cost! What a lot of talk on the Net, but that's not what I'm talking about.
You have to reward people for their hard work.
This is why I bought this product, the Mushroom type resin inside moves according to the pressure change inside the Crankcase, and it works like a one-way valve or check valve. (Collectively called PCV)
The effect is immensely large.
It's such a simple device, but it's great that you can decompress so well that you can feel the effect.
It is difficult to feel the effect of the general parallel four-cylinder because the pressure fluctuation in the case due to the up and down movement of the Piston is small, but it should be easy to feel the effect of the single-cylinder, VTWIN, V4 and CROSSPlain four-cylinder.
I haven't tried it, but probably the one that works best is BMW's BoxerTWIN.
What everyone is likely to experience is a weakening of the emblems.
this "For Race" Because it's a type that decompresses as hard as it can, the 90-degrees VTWIN is supposed to produce strong embarrassment, but it won't embarrass to the level of a 2-stoke 250cc.
Closing Throttle only makes it run almost empty.
Yes!
It has so different characteristics from the Standard that the Manufacturer has banned its use on public roads.
(Also, because there's no anti-Emulsion solution to the fate of this te decompression system.
It's a very nice fee ring for a guy who grew up with 2-Stoke, and it's very easy to ride.
Other factors include lighter Feel at Engine RPM, more extension at higher RPMs, and less stickiness.
However, the resolution of the don't have some conditions that may make it worse for some vehicles.
Read the Manufacturer's website (very hard to read) carefully to understand all the principles before you use it.
"Works well. Which means it's not being used properly. "Dramatically worse. That's also what it means.
It's a simple device that adds a little bit to the mix, but it makes a heavy-large change in a pretty important area, and if you're naive, you're putting yourself and others in danger.
Why don't you buy FOR DUCATI even though it's DOCATI's Engine for DUCATI? "Race" One thing there is no setting.
One thing I personally don't like about the flashy Anodized hanging Cut-outParts.
And because I've come up with a way to separate the Blowby gas from the gas-liquid while lowering the internal pressure more effectively than for DUCATI. (It's an experiment, so I'm not telling you how to do it)
at any rate It doesn't work. If you're saying "NIV not, "You're wearing it wrong. It is very likely that this is the case.
If it arrives properly, it works properly, and if it works properly, it works. I can't feel it. What an impossible Level to change.
Absolutely!
Finally, you can hear quite a bit of operating noise in the Idling when it's installed tightly.
In the case of the Spec. that reduces the Blowby gas to Air Box for public roads, it is the Small piece of equipment. Click, click, click... It just sounds like "I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do that," but if you have Blowby open around the funnel under the tank in the for race, you're going to be able to get a large amount of air around the funnel. Hungry Hungry! And Popopopopo! And it sounds quite parenthesis bad in batches.
That sound is the proof that it works, so you can take a course in without worrying about it.
(Once it starts, you won't hear it over the wind and exhaust.)View Detail

The CBR650R is mounted at the same position angle as the NORMAL.
However, when the handlebar was cut to the Left lock, it interfered with the interior cover next to the Meter, so the interior cover was cut away.
I also purchased a 45° angled banjo adapter for the mesh hose to accommodate the tension of the mesh hose.
・NORMAL (Reserve integrated horizontal master) Impressions of
No complaints on public roads. Familiar feel and very easy to handle.
However, when the brake is set to "hard brake," the rate of increase in braking force relative to the input seems to decrease, and the brake becomes more forceful.
Radipon (Reserve separate body portrait master) Impressions of
It was totally different from what I expected, my expectation was that it would feel like a Rear brake…
It is really a mild and easy-to-handle radipon.
On public roads, it feels like NORMAL! I wonder if it's because NORMAL is the same NISSIN?
But I felt the radipon effect from Breaking a little stronger, and
It can be hung up to a hard brake without effort.
I felt trust that this could stop.View Detail
